PrivatBank launches chatbot in Viber helping with loans

Now the chatbot ‘Pay in installments’ by the largest bank of Ukraine is available not only in Telegram and Facebook, but also in Viber. Thanks to the new PrivatBank’s virtual conversation partner, you can take a loan or purchase a number of products right in an online chat room. The process takes only few minutes.

The new service can be used by all PrivatBank payment cards owners. For this purpose, you just have to find a chatbot in the messenger and start a conversation.

After a simple registration procedure, the client can receive all necessary information, apply for a loan and purchase products under the program of interest-free installments. Besides, the bot will regularly notify the user of the advantageous offers.

It is to be recalled that recently PrivatBank has launched @planetavto_bot in Telegram providing clients with prices for cars with certain characteristics. In the near future, with the help of this virtual conversation partner, it will be possible to buy preferred car model on credit.
