Civil service of Dubai involves chatbot with artificial intelligence

The government of Dubai has introduced a chatbot with artificial intelligence, which can process requests of citizens and guests of the emirate 24 hours a day. With the help of a smart virtual assistant, the authorities are planning to reduce the number of visitors to state institutions by 80%.
Chatbot Rammas perfectly understands English and Arabic. Using an algorithm of deep data analysis, the virtual assistant can answer questions of users quickly and accurately. Thus, most of the problems will be solved online.
The chatbot was developed as part of the Smart Dubai initiative, which implies the use of innovative technologies to significantly improve the quality of life of the local population and tourists. More than 200 people are working on the initiative implementation. And soon, officials will start learning to interact with artificial intelligence.
At the end of 2016, the Dubai police began to apply AI technology to predict crimes, which significantly improved the safety of citizens.
