Slack's shared channels will expand chatbot interaction

After Slack introduced shared channels this September, companies got the opportunity to a closer communication with partners. Slack representatives though believe it is only the first step to a new stage of business cooperation.

New technologies have already improved conditions for business communication between companies or company representatives and sellers, contractors and freelancers. However, the process will be most effective when communication occurs between business bots of different companies.

For example, the time a user spends visiting only 2-3 online shopping pages, his personal bot will spend on reviewing 1000 resources. It will find a rare or most attractive product, while saving time. The difference in the spent and acquired resources in business will be even more significant.
