Kyivvodokanal implemented chatbots to receive water meter data

PJSC AK Kyivvodokanal implemented chatbots in the Telegram and Viber messengers to collect water meter data. It was also reported that the way of submitting data via a Viber text message to the number (044) 202-02-02 is no longer active.

According to the new method, user has to go to the link and write "Good afternoon!" in the Viber chat. The chatbot itself will thoroughly instruct you about all further steps.

To submit data via Telegram, you should join the Kyivvodokanal account by following the link and clicking Start. Next, you need to put in your personal account and submit the latest data.

The service noted that the meter data is accepted from the 10th and until the end of the month.
