Kiev’s inhabitants can pay household bills using chatbot

Representatives of Kiev City State Administration have informed that now inhabitants of the capital can use a chatbot for paying household bills.

Special software has been developed by the Ukrainian Data-Processing Center.

To use the new service, one should enter Facebook and send a message to the Data-Processing Center using messenger. There is also another way: send a message from the personal center website.

One account allows to add several objects. To pass authorization, you should enter a payment ID code or photograph and send a QR code from a bill. Then, you should specify the service to be paid: heating, hot and cold water, electric energy, etc. And to complete the payment, just enter a card number.

According to representatives of Kiev City State Administration, the implementation of the chatbot will allow customers to avoid waiting and pay household bills in several clicks without leaving home.
