Nuance has developed a functional business assistant called Nina on the basis of spoken artificial intelligence.

The chatbot already serves more than 6,5 thousand companies around the world and now it has become even more functional.

The main feature of Nina is that the bot understands when it does not know something. However, instead of looking for an answer on the Internet and providing unverified information, it immediately switches the client to the operator. The chatbot is quite well versed in business and can provide user with the most complete information about the product, company, etc.

During its operation, Nina is trained using a special platform designed for this purpose, where a huge amount of business data is downloaded. The bot is so good that it can handle up to 90% of requests, and quickly connect users to the operator in other cases. Moreover, the virtual assistant remembers the specialist's answer and next time uses it.

Nina works on various platforms. It can communicate both by text messages and voice, in particular, via the Amazon Echo column. It's pretty convenient. For example, user can write about the problem in the Facebook messenger, get consultation using voice communication and then the chatbot will send SMS reports about the course of business.
