Business chat in iMessage: Apple simplifies communication between companies and customers

Apple iMessage will have a new feature, a business chat, in the spring of 2018. It will allow many businesses to chat directly with customers.

The innovation was presented at the WWDC 2017. According to the company's employee, business chat allows companies to maintain communication with customers, answer questions, and receive payments directly from the iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch without leaving the chat.

Companies can create their profiles, describing the scope of activities, contacts, addresses and time of work. In addition, the bot provides an analysis of user responses, which is necessary to better understand which kind of communication is most effective.
